What Causes Pain In Hip?

I have been experiencing pain in my right hip on the side only when I lie down on that side. Sometimes it also hurts when I turn over on the left side and the right hip is on top . Pain location is right about where my wrist is when I am standing with my arms down at my sides. I do yoga once a week and walk 2-3 times a week about 2 miles each time. No pain during these activities. Why does this hip keep me awake at night?

I have gone through your query.

For exact diagnosis to be made get xray of hip joint done in AP view and E.S.R done and send me the report.

Till then you can take aceclofenac + serratiopeptidase combination three times a day by prescription of your family doctor.
