What Causes Pain In Hips And Knees While Sleeping?
I have been have pain in my knees and hips at night when i sleep. If i get up and walk around ,then it seems to be fine. I have been taking glucosamine 2x a day ( NOT ALWAYS CONSISTLY). I take ALVE when it hurts more and ice/ heat it at times. My husband said that i started to walk funny a couple of years ago. I now seem to have one leg longer than the other when i am standing. I thought it was due to old age and the fact that i had fallen several times over a number of years( Twenty20 years ) at work. I also was diagnosed with scoliosis when i was a child. But it was not severe. The last time i fall the doctor said i had degenerate hip.
