Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

1. Whats your age
2. What is your job profile
3. are you diabetic or hypersensitive
4. are you suffering from any other chronic illness
5. do you have pain in any other joints
6. do you have morning stiffness
7. do you sustain an injury on the same knee

As you are taking Ecosprin I can assume that you are either older age or middle age.

The most common cause of knee pain at this age is osteoarthritis. So pls follow these:

Get the X-ray of knee done in standing position. Avoid sitting crossed legged, use knee cap, give hot fomentation, use calcium and vitamin D supplements, avoid painkillers as much as possible, take paracetamol if necessary.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
