General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I feel it's spondylitis problem in upper thoracic spine causing nerve pressure and Neutrogena pain or muscle pull in particular node position. A plain X-ray or MRI, if indicated would confirm the cause followed by specific treatment. You can try mild back extension exercises till then.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
