What Causes Pain In Leg After Fall From Skate Board?

hi im 13 and weigh 97LBS. i fell off my skateboard and twisted my leg sideways. it dident hurt so i road home. but when i whent to skateboard the next day it started hurting then i couldent even walk on it! i kinda limped home and now today it feels better but it hurts alot! it hurts at the very top of my leg but theres no swelling and its not black and blue. but i half to pick up my sister from school, is it safe for me to walk on it?
