General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The pain in the legs in the morning can be related to rheumatoid arthritis.
It can also be related to muscle tightness.
I suggest to do a rheumatoid factor level for further evaluation .
Meanwhile, I suggest using a muscle relaxant such as Baclofen three times a day.
I also suggest using magnesium supplements.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
