What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And A Scanty Menstrual Period?

I have lupus not totally controlled yet was just diagnosed in march of this year I also had liver enzyme problems cause of my gallbladder which had stones so I just had that surgery My last period was may27 and it was only spotting and latest barely two days I had three ct scans May June and July of his year and they both state enlarged right ovary I don t go to the Ob for two weeks any advance on what s going on I have pain with it in my right lower quardrant I also take plaqunial and predisone for my lupus can you help I also have a history of a dermiod tumor removed August 2009 thanks
