What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And Burning While Urination?
Hi, I have pain in my ovaries and in my lower abdomen. I just had a Urinary test and that said I m positive for leukocytes and negative for nitrate. When I pee it burns., So I don t know If I have urinary tract infection or a yeast infection., Thanks to reply.

Hello
Findings may indicate UTI(urinary tract infection).UTI is indicated by presence of leukocytes in urine.
You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine culture/sensitivity.
Proper antibiotics should be based upon culture and sensitivity report.
You should drink plenty of water.
You may need alkalizing syrup.
