What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And Intense Pain In Left Testicle?

2 months I have experience a slight pain in my lower abdomen in my left side and its also associated with a more intense pain in my left testicle. The pain had occurred a couple of minutes later after I had picked up some heavy stuff. Is this related to hernia by any chance, since then I have not had any issues or experience any pain

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
The pain had occurred couple of minutes after you picked up heavy stuff.
This indicates few possibilities:
commonest reason can be testicular torsion due to strong muscular contraction of the abdominal musculature with the muscles of testis attached to these. The pain in abdomen must have been due to referred pain from the torsioned testis. FORTUNATELY the torsion got derotated and the pain got relived.
Another possibility as you said is about hernia, which would have been evident by this time as it is already 2 months.
