What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen?

Hi im having niggly pains at bottom of my belly feeling sick all the the time tierd all the time dehydrated always needing a drink every 2 minutes urinating more frequently having sharp pains in my right hand side abdomen round my side and into bottom right side of my back i have have the implant in my arm had that for 6 months now and bleeding really heavy all the time what can it be

You have complain of lower right side abdomine pain that may be because of lower intestinal infection like Cohn 's disease.
Diverticulitis may cause lowe abdominal pain.

Overian cyst may cause lower abdominal pain but that one sudden in onset.
Appendicitis cause pain in Lowe abdomine with gradual onset.

Pyelonephritis may ruled out.
Colonoscopy is helpful for diagnosis.
Stool examination test is helpful for further
diagnosis.
Total blood cell count is also helpful.
