What Causes Pain In Lower Back And Problem In Urinating?
I am a 18 year old female, I weigh about 123 lbs. I am 5 foot 3 inches. Recently I have had severe lower back pain and trouble urinating. I went to the ER and they diagnosed me with a severe kidney infection. I have been taking the anibiotics for about a day now but am wondering if I should return to the ER? I have the sweats and chills. I run a fever of about 100.4 and I have been throwing up whenever I eat. I can however drink lots of fluids and the urination is getting a little better. I am just worrying about the other new symptoms. Before going to the hospital I was not nauseous 24/7. Now I am and I can't stand up without a pounding headache. Is this normal or should I go back to the ER?
Fever in UTI along with back pain which is not controlled by medication need ER visit. I will advise to consult at ER.
