Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,Welcome to healhcaremagic. After going through your query I concluded that you are suffering from chronic backache. It may be due to weakness of muscle and bones. It's treatment is back exercise and analgesic such as ibuprofen.Vitamin B and C will be helpful in recovery. You can get your vitamin D test done,If it is low then it can be supplemented. You should visit a orthopaedics surgeon for it.I think your query get answered. If you have any clarification please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.Wishing you good health. Take care.
