What Causes Pain In Lower Back On Right Side?

I have pain in my lower back on the right side. When not moving the pain is dull, but trying to bend over or stand up or lift something, I have to hesitate because the pain intensifies sharply. I would like to think this is associated more with a back problem and not a kidney disorder. What could this be ?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
dear,
the complaints you show sharply suggest a possibility of a lumbar disc prolapse.
Here the pain intensifies on bending at hip and on prolonged sitting on chair. Howvet, standing relieves the pain.
I suggest a MRI lateral lumbar spine and consult a radiologist the MRI.
Drink plenty of fluids as they tend to hydrate the intervertebral disc.
Avoid rigours bending movements and lifting weights till you get a diagnosis confirmed.

hope you find my advice helpful.
thank you. stay healthy
