What Causes Pain In Lower Back Towards The Right Having A History Of Asthma And High BP?

i am 43 years old and i have pain in middle of my back towards the right. the pain intensifies when i swallow or take a deep breath. it also hurts more when i lay own on my back. i have a history of asthma and high blood pressure. its been 2 days.

Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Take calcium rich diet, u can also do light exercises under guidance of physiotherapist, using of lumbosacral support... walking under supervision of Physio doctor..
