What Causes Pain In Lower Back?

Pain in lower back, pain in right outer buttock , it also feels like my bones are chilled. Pain radiates to right knee. Muscles spasm on valve on right leg. I had back surgery a year ago with hardware to stabilize. Feels like I have movement in spine. It is more of dull ache constantly. Can not stay in one position long. Laying or sitting.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that you need to maintain the good posture at the time of sleeping if you do have some orthopedic problem then you need to consult the physiotherapist this is the best option you have to get rid of this pain, hope this helps you, have a nice day.
