What Causes Pain In Lower Head Radiating To Neck Along With Eye Twitching?

I have extremely sharp pain int the left lower and middle back side of my head. the pain often extends down through my neck and left shoulder and bicep and as of late I have even been experiencing sharp chest pain on the same side. About the same time this all started my right eye began twitching in the outer corner. Any idea what this may be or be caused by and if the eye thing is possibly related to the rest even though its the only thing on my right side bothering me?
