What Causes Pain In Lower Left Quadrant Area With Normal X-ray?

I have most of the symtons listed, not a child s age tho as I am 79 yrs old ..worst pain in lower left quardant which is also where I am being for Hipniphosis and Hiphnatrimosis . Last x ray indicates normal while all sympton remain Any suggestions?

Lower left quadrant abdominal pain could be colitis or any other reason at this age is a matter of concern. So u should go for an usg, ct abdomen colonoscopy n of course a r m stool n occult blood in stool n a pelvi examination by a gynaecologist.
