What Causes Pain In Lower Right Abdomen And Persistent Diarrhea?

I have had a colonoscopy and ct scan abdominal and pelvic. No abnormalities , no polyps, few diverticulum. Since last July I had a perirectal abscsess, and two fistula surgeries. Pain in lower right abd and persistant diarrhea. Going to see a Gastro Guy on 4/6/11. This sounds like ileitis to me how about you?

It is in relation to residual perianal infection with internal extension in the form of fistula, irritating part of colon mucosa and giving pain with diarrhea.
