What Causes Pain In Lower Right Side Of Back And Fever?

"I have been having a pain in my lower right side to my back when I walk and breathe deeply.I have a slight fever of 99.4 been feeling nausea but haven't thrown up. It just completely hurts whenever I walk or bend down, is this a sign of appenditicis? I also started my period a couple of days ago but it's not a cramp. It's worse than a cramp actually. Hi,
It seems that you might be having acute appendicitis giving this problem.
Appendix might be retro cecal position giving pain on back.
Consult your doctor when having pain as it gives correct clue on physical examination.
If require go for ultra sound abdomen.
Ok and take care.
