What Causes Pain In Lower Right Side Of Back?

hey, im just enquiring because i have this rather bad aching pain in my lower right back about the same height as the top of my hip bone, it feels a little deep. Have had it for a while now. I do not wear bad platformed shoes or do any heavy lifting and its only limited to my right side. Is this a kidney issue? I'm 19 years old and in good shape.

Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic. After going through your query I think you are suffering from chronic backache . Treatment of back pain is exercises and analgesics (diclofenac ). Sometimes vitamin D deficiency is the cause so get her vitamin D checked .If it is low then vitamin D supplementation ( weekly with milk) can be taken.Avoid long continuous standing.Sit in a straight posture. Eat milk and milk product, fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. Kidney issue can be resolved by ultrasonically of abdomen including kidney , ureters and urinary bladder To further investigate MRI of the region is advised . I think your query answered.Welcome to any follow up query.
