What Causes Pain In Muscles And Joints At The Back And Neck?

Hi, after an unprotected sex i tested hiv at 3 months by using CMIA method (ag/ab) and the result is non reactive. But from the beganing i suffer from musles and joint pain at my back and neck. Besides that, my skin also feel itchy and red spot appear at my body and it will dissapear after 1 day and will appear at another place. Here my questions; 1. What is the CMIA test and what is the window period for for this test. 2. May i know wether the CMIA is concrite or not? 3. Is it im free from HIV? 4. If im free from HIV can you explain to me what is all about with the symptoms that i having now

Hi ! CMIA test is very accurate diagnosing HIV infections. Symptoms you mentioned above are suggestive of Reactive Arthritis. You can ask test for Chlamydia & other STDs. I would like to recommend you to see ASAP your GP/Rheum / Dermo & venerologist.
