What Causes Pain In My Throat That Affects My Ear?

I m a 21 year old female, I am overweight. I ve been to my doctor just recently (about a week and a half ago) for bronchitis. Today I woke up with a weird pain in my throat on the left side by my tonsil that also effects my left ear. Hurts to talk, swallow food and drinks, cough and move my tongue. I stated coughing up some blood again tonight and my pulse is close to 120 beats per minute, and normally it s about 81 beats per minute. What could be going on now?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having acute follicular tonsillitis giving rise all symptoms.
Pain having in ear might be due to radiating pain from throat.
Due to this acute infection there might be having fever and increase pulse rate.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
You might require one course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine.
Ok and take care.
