What Causes Pain In My Vaginal Wall After Urination?

hi i keep getting pain within my vaginal wall after urinating this lasts for a few mintutes but i am also having contant pain and pressure on the lower left hand side of my lover stomach and my urine is clear but smell , and i have had a sti screaning and it is clear , what could this be ?

I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to UTI (cystitis).
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo clinical examination, urine routine, microscopic test, cystoscopy if needed to confirm the cause.
Doctor will give following advises:
Tablet septran DS or nitrozolium
Tablet uromax
Syrup cital
Drink plenty of lukewarm water and juice of cranberry
Do not delay in empty the bladder and empty it completely
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene
Avoid excessive coffee, tea, alcohol, chocolate, soda, artificial sweeteners.
