What Causes Pain In Neck And Back On Breathing After An Injury?
I was entering a pool, my feet slipped out from under me, fell flat on my back onto the stairs and then slid down them. It hurt very bad and still hurts now a couple of days later from my neck, all through my back and sides and hurts to breathe. Could I have bad injuries or just wait it out? Please help.

What Causes Pain In Neck And Back On Breathing After An Injury?
Hello, It is due to minor contusion. As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
