What Causes Pain In Neck With A Headache?

neck I was combing my hair when my left side of my neck just started hurting. it went all the way to my shoulder and arm.my head is tilted to the right that s the only way I feel comfortable. I ve been putting bengay on but it still hurts. I m also starting to get headaches.

Hello!

Your symptoms are related to a wrong position or a twisted muscle. There is no reason to panic. I would just recommend using warm packs on your shoulder and neck and taking ibuprofen for the pain.
