What Causes Pain In Neck With Grinding Sound While Moving The Head?
My pain started in my upper shoulder and radiated into my neck. I went to the chiropractor five months ago. It was worse after one visit and I was afraid to go back. Now I have had neck pain with a grinding sound when I move my head up and down and also sideways for several months now. The pain was at the base of my head (upper part of neck) but has now moved up into my head both sides of the spinal cord. Having a lot of trouble sleeping. It feels better during the day when I am up moving around than at night trying to sleep. I am not sure what kind of doctor to go see. Please advise. Thank you
