What Causes Pain In Pelvic Area?

Every now and then, I have sharp pain in my pelvic area when i cough laying down. It feels like it s in my ovaries. It doesn t last, it s just there when i cough only when laying down. Is it something to worry about? I have been having this for about 2 weeks now.

Hello,
I have studied your case ans I think that it can be a disc herniation. It causes nerve compression and that leads to sharp pain. specially when you cough there is increase in pressure, nerve pressure increases.
I would suggest you to get MRI of the spine, to confirm the diagnosis, you can start taking Pregabalin and Methylcobal tablet after discussing with your doctor. You should also need to learn back muscle strengthening exercises.
