What Causes Pain In Penis During Urination And Masturbation?
for the past 2-3 weeks i have had an awful pain when going to the toilet to pee, as well as masturbating. i was travelling in thailand for 5 weeks and was drinking a lot of water, but not peeing as much as i thought i should have. by the end of the trip the pain began, and every time i go to pee, there is a sharp stinging pain, especially when the pee begins to flow and then becomes less painful as the flow continues. it is now very on and off; if i drink a lot of water one day the pee seems to be relativley easy. however, a day when not drinking a lot of water (especially every morning) the pee really hurts. feeling my penis, it feels as if there is a small lump on the bottom side of it just beneath the shaft.

These symptoms and signs are suggestive of STD especially if there is associated pain, fever, urethral discharge and recent sexual intercourse. So this is the first thing to rule out by doing STD testing. Second, it may be sign of uroinfection or other genital infection but this is less common. In every case, antibiotic therapy may be required so test should be done as soon as possible.
