What Causes Pain In Rib Cage?

Two days ago it started hurting really bad any time I bend my rib cage left. It feels like its grabbing on to something and letting go right where my floating rib is. Could this be rib cage related or abdomen related? I feel pressure when I m laughing or coughing as well. Could it be gastritis?
