What Causes Pain In Right Side And Irregular Bowel Movements?

my right side hurts everyday. at fisrt i thought maybe it was my ovaries but have been to a gyno and had an ultrasound and thats not it. when the pain first started i was having a bowel movement. i hav e had this pain for over a month and im going outta my mind. i do have ibs but this feels different. i am also having very irregular bowel movements. any ideas?

I really appreciate your concern, it may be case of diarrhea but may not be due to the ovaries neither the pain is due to that but it seems to be the infection and most of the time it is the protozoa infection so I would suggest Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day with Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen for abdomen pain it is not the IBS, second condition of irregular bowel movement is not abnormal condition and no need to worry about this, because passing of stool twice or thrice in day is normal or not passing the stool for couple of days is also normal condition, and just to regularize this change the diet, have more fiber containing diet, drink more water, hope this information helps.
