What Causes Pain In Right Side Of Belly And In The Middle Of Chest?

Hi, recently(september) i had problems at home twice. After while i started to feel no good. I can hear my heart beats in my ears(mostly left). Also my heart beats are deep, somtimes 80hbm. I feel pains on right side of my belly, in the middle of my chest and on my left lungs. what would you recommend?

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
The symptoms of hearing heart beats in ears and pain in the right side of abdomen and left side of the chest may not be related but the cause has to be found out by the following ways:
Clinical evaluation and examination by your Doctor to get a proper diagnosis so that an appropriate further investigations can help to confirm the diagnosis to get a proper management plan.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen along with visualization of aorta can help to confirm or rule out many a causes.
X-ray of the chest and upper GI Endoscopy to see for any lung or esophagitis related problems and go for CT scan of the chest and abdomen if the conditions needs these.
Hearing heart sounds in ears is called tinnitus can can be due to hypertension or glomus and can be diagnosed by the cardiac evaluation, ENT opinion and CT scan of the mastoids.
