Hiatal hernia or appendicitis or ovarian cyst pain or diverticulitis or renal stone pain may aggravate after bending down. Also possible of cholecystitis or hepatitis. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use pantoprazole e before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved, please consult your gastroenterologist they will do scan abdomen and treat you accordingly.
