What Causes Pain In Right Upper Abdomen Along With Abdominal Distension?

I am having pain in my right upper stomach, with back pain and cramps. My stomach is swollen to the point i look 5 months pregnant with a lump in my right and left upper part of stomach and im alittle over two months late for my period but negative tests, what could be going on?
