What Causes Pain In Shoulder Blade?

I have pain in my right shoulder area...shoulder blade/back that extends to arm. Aleve or Tyleneol do not phase the pain. At times it is not there, other times, take my breath away. Does not hurt when lying on my back or right side. Hurts to lie on left side. Thank you.

I have studied your case and there are two conditions which can cause such problems.
1. It can be cervical spondylitis.
2. It can be muscle spasm.
I would suggest you to get x ray of the neck to confirm the diagnosis. If it is showing muscle spasm than you need to take muscle relaxant like Myoril or Myospaz or Myoril. You will also need to take Pregabalin and Methylcobal tablet is also helpful.
