What Causes Pain In Shoulder/neck/spine When Having Indigestion?
My husband is complaining of his right shoulder, nack and upper spine aching. He also has indigestion but is getting no relief from antacids. The doctor did an EKG, which was normal. There is no particular time this occurs but seems to be worse at night.

I really appreciate your concern, if the symptom is not due to the cardiac disease then it could be due to hyperacidity that must have caused the muscular spasm and I would suggest to start Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 20 mg once in day at evening time, for the pain Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen can be used hope this information helps.
