What Causes Pain In Spine While Siting Or Laying?
hi, my age is 22 i often have pain in my spine when i sit in bending position while in office or home it pains quiet much and also it pains when i lay down on bed then it feels like hell. The portion i think is thoracic curvature. Can you please help me to know how can i get rid of this as i know this is not good as per my age?

Hi,
This is probably muscular pain from sitting for long in a wrong position. You can have Baclofen tablet to relieve you. Yet, you have to do a CT scan on your spines to exclude any bone deformity.
