What Causes Pain In Stomach/back While Having Crohn's And Osteoporosis?

I am 48, have had ulcers, a gastric bypass, I have Chrohns, and osteoperosis. BUT, am never sick an tonight for five hours I have been in severe pain in my stomach and my back. I weigh about 147 pounds. I need to know if I should go get help or could this just be a bad bout with something I ate?

You might be using steroids for your crohns disease and might be having steroid induced gastritis. Take Cap Esomeprazole 40mg one before breakfast and also Vitamin D and Calcium supplements as steroids also cause the bones to weak as you have already stated that you have osteoporosis.
