Hello
Thanks for posting
I Have gone through your query and understand your concern. The suffering you are going through is medically known as coccygodynia. In most cases it is associated with abnormal mobility of the coccyx which may trigger a chronic inflammatory process leading to degeneration of this structure.
Nonsurgical management remains the gold standard treatment for coccygodynia, consisting of pain killer like Ibuprofen along with decreased sitting, sitzs bath, seat cushioning, stool softener, coccygeal massage, stretching, and manipulation, local injection of steroids or anesthetics, and postural adjustments.

Hope this helps
Take care
