General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
The causes of pain in testicles on both sides can be Epididymo-orchitis or Varicocele as this is on both sides , gets relief on painkiller and on lying down.
Confirm the diagnosis by a Clinical examination by an Urologist and by color doppler and ultrasonography examination. Cancer is not possible to occur on both sides and is usually not painful.
Renal Stones are small and can not give testicular pains .
