What Causes Pain In The Abdomen And Back When I Move Quickly?

Situation: I had a sharp pain that started on my left side, mid back and wrapped around to the front ab. The pain now a dull ache on the front left side and is sharp if I move to quickly. Question: based on this limited information can you help me identify what has caused this situation?

Hi,

Based on the information you provided, I think it might be due spinal nerve pinch as long as no breathing symptom has been set. Try not to make movement that would precipitate the pain. Take oral analgesic and magnesium supplement.

Make an appointment with neurologist. MRI of the spine is recommended. If the pain becomes more intense, go to ER.
