What Causes Pain In The Abdomen And Blood In The Spit?

Last nigt I took some pain mess for a head ache and now this morning my lower abdomen area on my left if somewhat hurting and I had blood in my spit when I woke. I'm a little scared and don't know if this is normal or if I should get checked out this has happened to me several times before in the past when iv been super stressed can someone please help me out here

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
The pain killer if is like Aspirin or so can cause bleeding and pain in abdomen.
Please watch for stools if red or black that is malena. Also watch for any skin redness, urine color and so on.
Since you have had blood in the spit too I would strongly advise you the following:
Consult your Doctor immediately, get ENT Examination done and the blood tested for bleeding and coagulation problems.
Do not such medicine again.
Once the cause is found the treatment would be as per the diagnosis.
This is serious hence it is best to get the evaluation as soon as possible.
