What Causes Pain In The Anus?

I am 26 yr old female I started out with pain in my anal then I started hurting on my leftlower abdominal area and in the center of my lower abdmobinal. I can not sit like I m in a chair without having sharp pain. I have not had my period yet I am late but last month my period came a week late. I am not sexual active. I do have high blood pressure and tachicardia.

Are you having fissure or hemorrhods??are you suffering from blood in stool??

possible causes are colitis or fissure or fistula or lymphnode enlargement or IBD etc..

until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Use pain killers may useful. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will do scan abdomen and treat you accordingly.
