What Causes Pain In The Back Moving From One Place To Another?

Dear Doctor,
My name is Mari and i've been suffering from back pain, It seems like the pain is moving from one place to another at my back. Some says due to cold, stress, rhauma etc. but sometime i can feel it from my muscles i really don't know and i can't even sleep at night wanting my back to have a support like a small pillow as i lay down. Please advice. Thank you.

best regards,
Mari
