I have had a concussion for about a month now, and tonight I started getting pain behind my nose in the back of my throat, almost like the pain of getting water up your nose but that didn t happen. And now there is a lot of pressure in my eats especially on the ear of the side I got hit on, and there is a lot of ringing like noises in my ears now.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Concussion was a past history and may not be related to the present problem of fullness in the ears and pain at the back of the nose.
This may be due to infective pharyngitis severe enough to involve the Eustachian tubes and transmission of infection and inflammation to the middle ears and the increased pressure causing the pains and blockage.
I would advise you the following:
To instill nasal decongestant drops and take steam inhalations
To take an antibiotic, oral decongestant, anti-inflammatory medicines and oral steroids if required.
