welcome to Health care magic.
1.These symptoms are seen when there is a nerve compression or indenting on the chord.
2.But your symptoms are not that severe, a simple back exercise will help to get relief from the pain.
3.Try for few weeks on daily basis , lie on a flat bet and maintain position always.
4.If does not work, get an x-ray to see the bony pathology.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
