What Causes Pain In The Breast Area?

I keep having pain between my breasts that seems to lighten when standing or sitting up straight. The pain is excrutiating but not heartburn like or chest pain. Almost like I was injured somehow. My gp is treating me for an ulcer. I just don t think this is the problem. It doesn t seem to get worse eating food.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the muscular pain then it has to be responded to muscular relaxant like Chlorzoxazone and if it is not then symptoms will continue there then it could be due to acid peptic disease and for that condition can be tried with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, hope this information helps.
