What Causes Pain In The Buttocks After A Hip Replacement Surgery?

Had a hip replacement - right side in Oct and broke the femer bone three weeks later. Saw my Dr last week and he said everything was fully healed took four months. Felt great, no pain. I was moving around the house all morning, cleaning and dusting. When I went out in the afternoon, I was kind of limping again, right leg kept pulling to the right, just wasn t in sink with the left. After some walking just from the car to the building I started getting a pain in my butt where it joins the upper thigh. More walking made it worse until I got home, very little movement there but still pain, especially if I twist my butt to the left. I thought It might be my hamstring but I didn t see where I did anything to pull or aggrivate it. Does this sound like a hamstring pull or something else? Thanks for any information you can give me. Your pain are on your wright side or your other leg, it is not very clear to me. It can be some problems with your hip prosthesis. You have to perform an Xray to check the prosthesis.
