What Causes Pain In The Chest And In Between The Shoulder Blades?

Having very mild pain in the center of my chest all morning, doesn t seem to be going away. Now I m having some pain between my shoulder blades. Pain is dull and achy is both places. Periods where my chest feels like slight squeezing. I m 41 and have Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Possible chest pain can be muscular or gastritis related. The shoulder blade pain is ligament stretch related or others. Primary care with analgesic spray, proton pump inhibitor, and analgesic medications. Consult your doctor later on as per the requirement.
