What Causes Pain In The Chest And Upper Back?

I have any achy chest discomfort along with achy uppeer back. I have bllod work done regularly and chloessterol and triglycerides have all been within normal range for the last year. I have been doing some "block walking" for a political candidate which is something I don't usually do, What do you think may be the problem?

After going through your query, as the symptoms developed after physical work (block walking), my advice would be go for cardiac check up that is ECG, TMT to rule out any cardiac reason for your suffering.
