What Causes Pain In The Chest Below The Collar Bone That Is Spreading To Left Arm?

I have chest pains right below my collar bone. I can pinpoint the exact spot of the pain. Also this chest pain is affecting my left arm to not be able to have a full range of motion. I also have a hard time laughing sneezing and coughing without that chest pain. Also when I sleep on my side and put too much pressure on my arm I feel the pain in my chest.

Hi
First thing you should do is get an ecg done to know your cardiac status.
Second thing x ray stomach to see the gas in it and get your diabetes check to know if it is not a shoulder pathology due to frozen shoulder.
If your ecg is normal then you should avoid slipping on affected side do hot fomentation and take mild analgesc and after pain subside commence physiotherapy.
For gas in stomach you need to take antavid.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
